Maria Cyr (right), President of S.O.S. Food Pantry, accepts the donation of a pallet jack from Barbara Sprague (left), Executive Director of the Community Food Bank (CFB).  The S.O.S. Food Pantry will use the pallet jack to assist in their food distribution efforts.

“In addition to food assistance, we also provide agencies we serve with various resources to help them streamline their efforts and enhance the level of services they provide to the community,” says Sprague.

S.O.S. Food Pantry is one of the 50+ agencies served by the CFB.  It is located at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church – 439 E. Norvell Bryant Highway, Hernando. The S.O.S. Food Pantry is open to the public, call 352-746-7161 for times and information.
