    According to the 2018 ALICE Report (Asset-Limited, Income-Restrained and Employed), 50% of households in our community struggle to pay for basic needs. That number was 45% in 2012, indicating a steady rise over the past five years. The state average is 46%.

    The Community Food Bank (CFB) helps feed more than 120,000 neighbors in need each month. We have distributed more than 38 million pounds of food since 2013, providing over 35 million meals to our community!
